1. Data controller

The data controller for the personal data we collect through the service Jobcelis is Vladimir Celi.

2. Data we collect

We collect the data provided during registration (email, name if indicated, and encrypted password), as well as Service usage data (events, webhooks, configured jobs) needed to provide the service. We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is used to manage the account, provide the Service (API, webhooks, deliveries) and, where applicable, send communications about the Service. The legal basis is performance of the contract (use of the Service) and the consent granted upon registration.

4. Retention and security

Data is retained while the account remains active. Account closure and data deletion can be requested. We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the information.

5. User rights

Users may access, rectify and delete their data, object to certain processing or request portability, as per applicable law (e.g. GDPR in the EU). To exercise these rights, contact Vladimir Celi : GitHub or profile.

5.1 Right to erasure

The account can be deleted from the Account section. Deletion results in the permanent removal of all projects, webhooks, events, deliveries, jobs, notifications and tokens. Audit logs are pseudonymized (the identifier and IP address are removed). This action is irreversible.

5.2 Data export

A copy of all personal data can be downloaded in JSON format from the Account section or via the API (GET /api/v1/me/data). This includes the profile, projects, webhooks, event and delivery counts, jobs, notifications, audit log entries and consents.

5.3 Consent management

Consents can be viewed and revoked at any time from the Account section. The date, version and IP address of each consent granted or revoked are recorded.

6. Cookies and similar

We use technical cookies necessary for the session, language and proper operation of the Service. We do not use advertising or third-party cookies for tracking.

7. Changes

This Privacy policy may be updated. Changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. It is recommended to review this policy from time to time.
